Jean-Marc Wat a écrit:I think Franck Boitte were certainly agreed (sory for my poor English) that you add the Index he made: its'a a big work very usefull when there is so much contents.
Many thanks Jean-Marc. Since you are sure that Franck Boitte would have approved, I have added his index to the Inforespace folder on the AFU's website.
I am trying to obtain permission this week to upload some further UFO magazines from Belgium.
(No need to apologise for your poor English. It is better than my French and I am the interloper on this French-language forum...).

[ltr]"Les Extraterrestres" etc: Patrice Seray has helpfully obtained permission from Gerard Lebat for me to share online scans of "GEOS International", "Les Extraterrestres" (GEOS) and "Hypotheses Extraterrestres" (GEOS). [/ltr]
[ltr]Patrice also supplied me with some scans, followed promptly by Gilles Durand of SCEAU providing scans of many more issues. [/ltr]
[ltr]There currently remain a few gaps, but most issues of these 3 publications are now online. Patrice has also patiently been helping me understand the numbering system of these issues. If I understand it correctly, GEOS International was followed by Les Extrarrestres series 1 (with the numbering continuing from GEOS International) then the numbering restarts with Les Extrarrestres series 2 which subsequently changed its name to "Hypotheses Extraterrestres" (with the numbering of issues of "Hypotheses Extraterrestres" continuing from Les Extrarrestres series 2). [/ltr]
[ltr]These scans have been added to the usual folder on the AFU's website for French magazines.[/ltr]

"UFO Info" (1970s-1980s):
Jacques Scornaux of SCEAU has got permission from Jean Giraud for me to share scans of "UFO Info" online.
Gilles Durand, also of SEAL, has helpfully provided scans of many issues of this publication, with Peter El Baze also contributing several scans.
I think there are currently only one or two missing scans (which I think I can get to get scanned by the AFU, so it should be a complete collection).
These scans have been added to the AFU's French magazine folder.

[ltr]Funny French business - [/ltr]
[ltr]As those of you that have followed this thread from the beginning know, during the last 2 or 3 weeks I have focused on sharing French UFO magazines/newsletters online (with the permission of relevant groups/editors) . Some funny stuff has happened during this time. [/ltr]
[ltr]Firstly, my posts to the MUFON France group on Facebook seeking to inform their members of this free resource (and seeking assistance in getting further French UFO material shared freely online) have not been approved by the moderators there. (One of those moderators appears to be having a dispute with a skeptic that I thanked in the first posts that has not been approved, Patrice Seray. I thanked Patrice since he has helpfully providing several of the relevant scans...). In the meantime, quite a few posts by others selling books, magazines and other services have been posted in that Facebook group. [/ltr]
[ltr]Secondly, my user account on this forum has been deleted - _twice_ and my existing email addresses blocked from creating new accounts. I have had messages from the moderators here telling me that they have been mystified, that they have not deleted my account there and they cannot determine from their records how it was deleted - mentioning to me that 3 user accounts have been deleted from people posting "with very interesting topics". [/ltr]
[ltr]Odd... [/ltr]

In a further discussion I have had with Pierre Delval, he has now given me permission to upload "Phenomenes Inconnus".
Gilles Durand of SCEAU has promptly provided scans of most issues. Patrice Seray and Peter El Baze also provided scans of some issues.
Issue 2 is currently missing and Issue 8 is currently incomplete.
The rest of the collection is now online at:

There is indeed a long-standing dispute with P. Seray, not only with Mufon France, but with much of what remains of French ufology. His work is commendable, but he has a self-sufficient character. He is a persecuted person who likes to pass himself off as a victim to the rest of the community. These ideas do not reflect what most of us think. Why should skeptical prose be the only one that holds the key to the mystery around us? I remain convinced that their work is based only on "noise" and that the real source of the problem is elsewhere.

Obviously the sharing of your work, and in essence, P. Seray's work is not appreciated by some people. Don't ask me why....

Now that I can post links, perhaps I should start another thread that has my introduction at the top (the one that was deleted, leaving this as a rather odd thread with no introduction at the beginning)?

Hello Isaac,
Tanks again for your awesome work. I think that it is a good idea to start a new thread dedicated you files with all the proper links to download download it.
This thread could be created in the «important ufo files» (les archives importantes de l'ufologie) section of this discussion board. Due to the importance of your work, I think it could be done by an administrator of the board as a pinned up thread, or maybe a completely new sub-section.
Best regards,
G.
